If a country was being attacked by an army the woman will not have any sort of plan to attack and defend her country because she thinks peacefully and that war is not the answer. but when it comes to solve a problem using mind and not guns a woman would be better as an emperes because a man only has the mind to think how is he going to train there army and how to attack. in history we saw a lot of examples that show the power of an emperor to rule but only military not peacefully. Emperor Nero was a great military man but when it came to help rome and his people he failed. As a conlcusion women would be able to control an empire but peacefully and if an army attacks and the only thing that could save the empire was the military it would fail.
